The 2nd RSM MBA Regatta 2011 took place in Lemmer, Friesland on August 19th-21st

Who can attend?
- Every RSM MBA student or Alumnus out of the MBA, OneMBA, EMBA, PTO or MFM programs
- Other MBA students and Alumni from other MBA schools
- Faculty, spouses or family (Maximum 50% per boat)

What do you need?
You do not need to be a sailor, you only need
- Enthusiasm for Sailing
- NO sailing experience (each boat will need 1 skipper, skipper can also be provided with extra cost 110€/day)
- Strong will to compete and win
How much does it cost?
- Participation cost is only 355€ per person!
- You will need to pay a refundable 800€ deposit on registering for the boat in cash.
- In case of bad weather you can rent bad weather gear for 25€ p.p.
The entry fee includes:
- Charter of the boats including safety equipment such as life jackets
- Costs of Racing Committee and racing organization
- Sleeping on board of the chartered Yachts
- English and continental breakfast on Saturday and Sunday
- Lunch packages on Saturday & Sunday
- An exclusive dinner & party on Saturday evening
- Snacks and 2 drinks for Friday welcome party
- Prize ceremony on Sunday with refreshments and snacks

What does the Location offer?
Lemmer is an old typical Dutch town known for top water sport events in the Province of Friesland. It’s a highly touristic area and in this year’s regatta, the participants will fortunately be able to have a glimpse and be a part of a Dutch sailing tradition:

Travel Information
Where: Vuurtorenweg 17 B – HJ 8531 – Lemmer
By car
It is a 1:15h drive from Schipol Airport.
To get to Lemmer, drive the A6 north and take the exit 17 – Lemmer into the direction Balk.
To use a navigation system, use the Address “Vuurtorenweg 17 B – HJ 8531 – Lemmer”
By public transportation
You can take public transportation from Schipol Airport to
- Lelystad Centrum -40 minutes away from Lemmer, but direct connection from Schipol.
- Heerenveen – 20 minutes away from Lemmer, but you have to change trains in Amersfoort.
From Lelystad to Heerenveen you have to take a cab. However we are thinking of organizing a shuttle bus. If you are thinking about coming by public transportation and want to participate in the shuttle, please contact the club.
