We are the RSM Sailing Club, a non-profit club to organize sailing events and participation in sailing events for MBA students of the Rotterdam School of Management or befriended schools.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
If you use our contact form, your name, E-Mail and message will be generated into an E-Mail and be send to the clubs representatives. This data is only used to communicate with you and clarify your request. The send E-Mails will remain in the personal Inbox of each representative.
Cookies
Cookies are solely used to store your shopping cart while signing up for events.
The site might set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

We do not use analytics. Visitors IP addresses are stored in our server logs and are only available to our sites administrators.
Who we share your data with
The data you provide is solely used for the clubs operation, hence organizing events, registering you for said events, booking boats and contacting you with news about the club. We share your data with 3rd parties if this is needed to fulfill our organizational duties, e.g. registering you for an event or renting out boats.
How long we retain your data
Your orders and attached data are retained indefinitely in club records.
What rights you have over your data
If you have questions on the personal data we have, you can request to receive an overview of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Our website data, including orders and event registrations are stored on all-inkl.com servers in Germany.
Subscription to our mailinglist are handled via an embedded form of mailchimp. All mailinglist communications are handled via mailchimp servers. Please see the mailchimp privacy policy for details. If you wish to unsubscribe from the mailinglist, you can use an unsubscribe link in one of the E-Mails or send us a note.

1b) When you are participating to any of a) RSM Sailing Club events, in particular the RSM Regata and RSM Armada, b) surveys, c)questionnaires, d) official or unofficial photoshooting(s), e) reunions, f) social gatherings organized or sponsored by RSM Sailing Club g) visit the RSM Sailing Club web-page or web-pages in social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Podio, Flicktr, Instragram, Twitter and other, you consent for the usage of your personal data by RSM Sailing Club and its selected third-party agents for the purpose of 1) processing your personal data to manage and update our members/fun-base database, 2) analyse the need of our members and create customized offers, 3) participate to our Newsletter(s), 4) improve our communication and internal processes 5) other purposes in accordance with the mission and the scope of RSM Sailing Club.
1c) When personal data are being processed with your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. In order to withdraw your consent, you only have to send us an email with the headline/subject “Withdrawal of Consent” at info@rsmsailing.com.
2) Access to your personal data within RSM Sailing Club have the members of the Advisory Board of RSM Sailing Club and the RSM Armada & RSM Regata Organization Committes who are involved in organization of those events or any other event. Access to your personal data by third parties of RSM Sailing Club may disclose personal data to third parties for the provisioning of their services to RSM Sailing Club in connection with the purpose for which we process your personal data. These third parties can include social networks, promoters, campaining agencies, recruiters, screening agencies, travel agencies, lawyers and advisors.
This consent form is in accordance and compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and constitutes a consent form.
