The Event:

The POLIMI Graduate School of Management is proud to introduce a new event in the MBA Sailing League: the upcoming POLIMI GSoM Regatta. Beginning from the 8th of May, 2025, top Business Schools from around the world will gather for an unforgettable long weekend of sailing and camaraderie.

Location:

Cala dei Sardi is not just a marina—it’s an entryway to the stunning landscapes of Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda. Recognized with the prestigious Blue Marina Award, this destination merges unspoiled nature with forward-thinking design. 1:00pm – Welcome and Allocation of hotel rooms for Teams in Division A
1:00pm – Allocation of Boats to Division A MBA Teams
4:00pm – Allocation of Boats to Division B MBA Teams
5:00pm – Welcome greetings to the participants

Friday, May 9th:
9:30am – Breakfast
10:00pm – Skipper’s Briefing
11:00am – Start of water activities for practice sailing
1:00pm – Lunchtime on board
1:30pm – Start of fleet regattas
3:30pm – End of Water activities
8:00pm – Typical Sardinian Dinner (informal dress code)

Saturday, May 10th:
9:30am – Breakfast
10:00am – Skipper’s Briefing
10:30am – Start of water activities and practice sailing
1:00pm – Lunchtime on board
1:30pm – Start of fleet regattas
3:30pm-  End of water activities
4:00pm – Back to harbour (Div A boats check out)
7:30pm – Conference and Prize giving at Vigne Sarrau
9:00pm – Event Dinner (Dress code: Black Tie)
11:00pm – After-dinner drinks with open bar and DJ set

Sunday, May 11th:
9:30am – Breakfast
10:00am – Hotel checkout for Div A, Boat checkout for Div B

Early Bird – Before March 15th, 2025 = €5,200 for a maximum of 8 participants or €650 per person

Additional Guest (no sailing) for 1 dinner (Thursday) +Conference & Gala Dinner (Saturday) = €165

The ticket is not refundable.
Along with MBA students/alumni, non-MBA participants can also participate to the events organized or sponsored by the RSM Sailing Club. Capacity for non-MBA participants is capped at 25%.
If non MBA people buy tickets for the events, participation will not be allowed and the RSM Sailing Club will not refund the ticket.
